Presenters:

Josh Crandall, of Media-Screen LLC will talk about Netpop.com
Lew Tucker, CTO of Radar Networks will talk about Twine.com

Space is limited, so please RSVP Yes only if you are certain that you will show up.

We start at 5:30pm with presentations, and depending on the amount of questions taken during presentations, move onto a general discussion around 6:45. Parking is available about one block away, either at the Ellis-O'Farrell Garage or at Hearst Parking Center on 3rd Street.

Netpop have just launched a new website that focuses on the broadband-enabled consumer population in the U.S. and China. Josh will provide a demo and give an overview of some of the top trends we see in the U.S. from 2006 to 2007.

Twine is about knowledge networking, rather than social networking. Rather than just relationships, Twine makes connections between everything based on underlying semantic Web technologies. Lew will give us the juicy details too hot for the Web 2.0 Summit ;-)

Goal: To Share and give feedback to current and future products and services that use implicit, user-generated behavioral metadata in interesting ways. Our emphasis will be on usability, adoption, scaling, revenue models, and the political impact of new technologies in the field.
